Where can I find the battery door at on the freezer

CE probably means a Communication Error between the high and low voltage boards of the freezer. First check if your freezer uses a 9V backup battery and replace that with a new one. Next check the wiring for corrosion or damage. Check where the wires connect to the boards and inside the door. (Note: the high voltage board controls the compressor.) You may want to check that the freezer is holding the correct temperature with a refrigerator/freezer thermometer. You could try measuring the inside and doing the math. Measuring in Inches, measure front to back, (Depth). Then side to side,(Width). Then top to bottom, (Height). Multiply these together, Depth x Width x Height. This will give you the volume in cubic inches. Divide the number you get in inches by 1728. This will give the volume in cubic feet.

a number that long looks like a serial number rather than the Model Number. I doubt the temperature alarm can be disconnected. You _may_ be able to remove the sounder, but don't forget, it is provided for your safety and stop all your food spoiling unannounced. If the alarm keeps going of, it is for a reason and needs fixing.

An ice build up around the top of the door aperture isn't unusual due to some cold dense air from inside will spill out when the door is opened to be replaced with humid lighter outside air that will tend to remain at the top for a while. Being frost free doesn't exclude it from this type of ice build up as only ice formed over the evaporator during a cooling cycle will be melted by the defrost heater. Persistent localised ice build up could be a sign of failing insulation but this will be marked by a cold spot on the outside of the cabinet.

I would check the actual light fixture; They are not cheap to replace at about 75 dollars for the part, They can have bad connections at the board level or it could be the door switch.

It may be a sensor. Don't replace a control center unless you have determined it's bad. The sensor has to be wired to the board controller. Usually smaller cable with 2 conductors. If it has an alarm then there may g e as many as 6 or 8 or more wires going to the board. Using your wire diagram Find the sensor for temp. Sometimes the ohm value is given on the wire diagrams. You will also need the temperature at the point the sensor is connected inside. Your ohm reading should be close to the temp given in a table or from the manufacturer. If it's close sensor ok. Take next step.
