Jeanie Rub Service Information Jeanie Rub Warranty Information Core Products provides a full one-year warranty on all defects in material and workmanship. Any misuse, unauthorized repairs, or product abuses are excluded.

Defective products reported within one year of date of purchase will be replaced or repaired. Call the Customer Service department at Core Products at 800-338-7014 for a return authorization number and to arrange shipping. Out-of-Warranty Service

It is difficult to determine the extent of the repair until the unit is inspected however, we guarantee the service call will not exceed $89.00 plus shipping.
