For initial info you may try DO & check the ff:

• Check and make sure that the unit was not overheating somewhere,..
• DO unplugging the unit for an hour.
• DO certain adjustment on the cntrol on the unit.

The bottom plug in hole is positive and the top hole socket is negative.

Check the machine fuse first.

Can you hear it "humming" inside. If not check fuses / wiring connections inside case. Failin gthat sounds like transformer has failed.

there should be a switch to go from panel or remote control. and 2 kiinds of foot control 1 just on or off 2 on off with the amps control

E 01 means problem with overcurrent or undercurrent, just turn it off and on again and problem should go away. If problem persist contact you welder salesman.

Make sure the tungsten tip is sharp, not too far from the nozzle and try not to let it touch the metal or molten pool. Also make sure you have an adequate gas feed

I don't know about your welder but generally I would not run on less then 40 amp and most all dryer outlets are 30 amps. Also does your welder cord have a secondary ground. Thank you.

Internal componet failure, return the machine for repair. Who did you purchase it from?

check if the load on it is not more than its capacity and check the batteries if they are still in good condition

An inverter based TIG welder will not produce AC output current when hooked to a set of batteries.

ensure you have a good ground connection.

try setting your machine to a lower setting for sheet metal.

approx. 25 amps, and about 2 to 2.5 bar

finally movement is everything, smooth and steady.

Make sure that area around the tip is clean, and that electrode is ok. Better replacing the electrode. Ensure that there is enough air pressure.

If cutter is arcing, and there is air, then air solenoid is good. If electrode is good, and there is air pressure is fine, then replace the tip. Worn tip is common cause for this problem.

See diagram below on how to find a worn tip:

remove the fan from the circuit and try it then, does it weld ok with the fan removed?
