Intex spa impeller shaft. The original ceramic broke unable to order relplace me. Question,.I replaced shaft with brass, the pellet friction is wearing the shaft down to a toothpick In 3 days. I read the brass was an acceptable alternative?

Evidently it is not. replace with correct part, they are available on line. They may cost more but if it does not last 3 days which is cheaper.

We have code E95 on intex spa when the heat is turn on Pump works but heater doesn't

This is a theoretical discussion only concerning Intex Error Code 95. "Water Too Hot" issue when it is not! My tub was still under warranty when it failed after 10 months of lite use. Intex sent me a new base but this is how I might have effected repairs on the old base. One could bypass the normal digitally controlled heating process in favor of an analog process. 1. You would need to add a relay that is normally open to the recirculation pump leads. The type of relay depends on the voltage supplied to the recirculation pump motor. My motor appears to run on 12 volt AC so a 12 volt relay would be in order. Coil lines run to the pump power leads while the N/O circuit is wired to another, second, 120V AC 10 Amp dpst or dpdt relay. This relay ensures that the heating element only receives power when the recirculation pump is energized and that the heating element lines are isolated when not in use. Otherwise, the heating element could turn on and either boil the water or worse. Intex pool 18 x 52, Can get the last leg in the t-joint I have almost 2" overhang

Make sure all other pieces are correctly inserted and you didn’t misplace them. If all is correct then I would use a saw to cut the piece to fit. Maybe try contacting the distributor.

Have no owners manual and can't figure out how to set the timer!

code 88

Is the Setup/Start up Code. it is displayed until you set the timer. which you do so by holding down the down arrow till you hear a beep, then hold down the up arrow till you here a beep. from there you can set the time and then to lock it in repeat the process

If you need the manual you can email Intex at www.email.intexstore.com

My intex spa will not heat I get what I think is an error code E95

pump error --will need to take pump apart and replace the ceramic rod that holds pump in place --intex doesnt sell parts for pumps go to home depot and get a brazing rod $ 10 for a bundle will only need about 3'' clean off flux and replace unit --reason for brass is its a magnetic pump the links show how and where to remove pump but not completely repair [ using the brass rod ] Intex spa E95 cheap fix Intex SSP 10 PureSpa Repair less than 40

INTEX pure spa E 98 what does it mean had a power cut and now can't reheat as it alarms. Do l have to replace the whole base?

Try pressing the reset button on the side of the unit. It is quite small and you will need a pen to push it in

I have the intex pure spa SSSP 20 - 1 with the e90 message. I read other solutions and tried with/without filter etc. took cover off and cleaned out the low flow sensor, but still have the error.

Could be a broken impeller shaft, they are ceramic. Could also be filters are clogged. Replace filters first. If that doesn’t work, Remove the pump and disassemble. Check shaft and make sure orifice is clear.

I am buying an intex mystical unicorn sprayer pool and I'd like to know how to keep it clean and keep water in it without it turning green.

I recommend a sand filter system. It is much easier and cost effective than paper filters. Second watch your water PH levels. https://www.splashpoolsupply.com/FAQ_Splash_Pool_Supply_s/102.htm
