Hi, My Intex pure spa is not heating consistently. Your help would be appreciated, please see details below...

? inconsistently - -or slow recovery its a very small and low kw heater in the unit takes a bit to recover -- make sure filters are clean and cover in place -- if heater not coming on and throwing codes problem with pump or heater the temp sensor is after pump and before heater -and or control head problem do and online search and will find hundreds of hits about the intex problems

Intex PureSpa partially deflating then turning off completely And refusing to turn back on when I try to heat it.

There is a PRCD safety device that shuts the unit down if a fault electric current is detected. The device trips if water gets to locations that could cause electrocution. When it dries out it works and then stops when it gets wet. You need to check for air leaks using soapy water in a spray bottle.

On a Intex PureSpa Octagonal Hot Tub I had a E90 error. I have had this several times. I am on my second hot tub. I like them. In the past it has been plugged filters or a broken pump. The pump uses a magneticly coupled impeller and has a ceramic shaft. They probably last a long time but not forever. When the control senses there is no flow it shuts down with an E90. You have to shut the power off to reset it. I usual just hold down the reset button on the Ground Fault plug for a few seconds till the display dies. Then push on and heat to restart. I was able to get a new pump on eBay ($40 to $60 I think). I still have it because I was able to glue the shaft on the old one. It kept going till the tub started leaking after 2 years and we bought a new one. This time was different. I had plenty of flow but no flow sense. If you look at the photo you will see on the lower right (this is upsidedown) a green and red connector. They are flow 1 and flow 2. One before and one after the heater. I found a mouse had chewed through the wire right at the lower sensor. I measured the good sensor and it was shorted when there was flow. I stripped the wires back and tied them together on the defective one and Voila it works. My hot tub is two years old and heavily modified. I added a sand filter for an above ground pool and a salt water chlorine generator. The whole filter pump system is in an insulated box so we use it all winter. We have a 2" styrofoam insulation pad under the cover for better heat retention.

Need to know what e91 error code for intex hot tub

It means low salt level (below 2500 ppm). If E91 is shown do the following: 1) Test the salt level with a salt test kit. If a salt test kit is not available you can take a sample of the pool water to your local pool supply store.

My Intex 5110 saltwater chlorinater system is driving me nuts. I keep getting low salt and high salt.

I would suggest that you keep your salt level around 2,5 for chlorination, however to get the green pool sorted your pool needs to be shocked and would recommenced to get your pool's free chlorine level at least up to around 5 in order to shock the pool as normal free chlorine level should be 3

Impeller in intex model 635 broken where can I buy replacement part?

A late answer but it might help future Intex impleller sufferers... they do not sell replacement parts and you won't find any impellers sold separately anywhere on the planet. I've had 1 Intex pool and 3 Intex filter pumps in 3 years. Last week the 3rd pump's impeller broke as well. I shan't buy their products again.

Error code 90 on my Intex spa even after buying and replacing new pump . Checked for blockages but everything is clear. Got clean water in and new filter.

The E90 code on the Intex spa is due to a dirty water flow sensor. ... The black wire is plugged into a white wire, carefully unplug it and unscrew the sensor. Clean it good and blow out the hole it goes in. This will fix the code and you will be back in business https://www.justanswer.com/pool-and-spa/ap9qh-i-m-having-error-code-90-intex-hot-tub-intex.html

I am getting a error

I installed a new Intex ECO 8110 unit on my 15' above ground, steel sided pool. After about 10 hours of use I had the "code 92' high salt alert that shut the system down. I knew that my salinity wasn't high because the local Pinch A Penny pool store does free water analysis and i was given the okay just a week prior. We had also received a bit of rain in the interim so I knew that the alert was false. Here is how I fixed the problem (so far). 1. Turn your unit off. 2. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and wait for 2 minutes. 3. Unscrew the retaining nut at the electro-cell connector and unplug the connection. 4. Rotate the plug 180 degrees to reverse the polarity of the plug and re-connect to the electro-cell. 5. Reconnect the power cord to your receptacle. 6. Turn the unit on, wait for the green light to burn steady. 7. Monitor for the next 5-10 minutes. My unit has worked flawlessly for 3 hours. If i receive another "code 92" alert i will repeat the procedure which will result in bringing the unit back to its original polarity.
