This is as close as I can come to finding you a manual. Innova manufacturers have not continued to make all models. I don't find a "fryer' listed for Innova, much less the model number. Hi there.You can put the removable parts without electrical/ electronic connections in the dish washer for cleaning as long as they will fit inside the dish washer compartment.Do not put any parts with electrical connections of any electrical cooking appliance inside the dishwasher to avoid failure of electrical/ electronic components. These parts must be cleaned with damp cloth with grease cutting liquid and throughly before using.Regards.
