I cant install windows xp in my ibm m51 8141
You may have to Reformat your hard drive first. The current hard rive may have a bad operating system on it or one that is newer than XP. In some cases, when a computer has a more current operating system installed, it will not allow an older operating system to write over it. That is why I said, reformat the hard drive. Remember, hardware drivers are written for Windows 10 now, so old drivers may not be functional any longer.
I can not open the DVD drive.
Windows10?
Remove the cd drive through the hardware menu and restart the pc. It will reinstall the cddrive. Perhaps this will work
open the computer, take carefully out the cd player at the end is an hole to manually open the tray. At least you can get out the dvd.
I have an IBM ThinkCentre
Regarding settings not saving
You mention that you removed the CMOS battery... You normally need a working CMOS battery [one that is not flat] for the computer to be able to remember changes to the BIOS settings.
Regarding BIOS being in Spanish
I would hope there would be a language option somewhere in the BIOS settings where you might be able to select English as the display language.
How to get rid of a "RUN DLL" message?
First of all it might be a virus so you should follow this link as for a Great Malware Removal Guide:
http://www.agady.com/great-malware-removal-guide-or-how-to-remove-svchost-exe-malware/
Now it might be a faulty software you've installed which is trying to use a file or resource you don't have so what we need to do is:
1. on your keyboard hit start+R (It'll give you a RUN command line).
2. Type MSCONFIG (hit enter)
3. go to STARTUP (Tab above) and click "Disable all"
4. go to SERVICES (Tab above) and tick "hide all microsoft services" then click "disable all"
5. hit ok and restart.
6. if DLL error is gone, start adding back startup items and services (as described in line 3 and 4) until DLL error returns and then you'll know which starup item or service caused the problem in the first place.

How..I need sound driver IBM Thinkcentre MT-M 8173 KUC for Windows 7
I suspicion you may not have your model number exactly correct, although what you have typed may actually appear on your computer. If you have a printed manual or CD/DVD with a PDF manual on it, you should see if you can find the model number in there and/or look further on the computer itself, for other model markings (like the front, back, sides, etc.)
