In some cases, there may not be any ring tone and system sounds on the HTC Touch when the device has not been soft reset after a few weeks of usage. Performing a soft reset will resolve this problem. You can also download this hot fix and install it on your device to prevent this problem from reoccurring. 

Try usual unlock codes 0000 or 1234 or 00000 or 12345

No issue with that. simply restart the phone or pc

I believe the PC software usually contains Activesync 4.5, which is all you really need,it guides you on setting up stuff like outlook,synching your music etc,you can google Activesync 4.5 and find a free download..I hope this helps.

Dear mate try to reset your phone hard i.e"Hard Reset", Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.Release the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following message on the screen:This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Action to restore manufacturer default,Release the TALK and END buttons, and then press ENTER on your device.

can you help me on this guys i do the hard reset and the soft reset but still on freezing on start up? what should i do someone tell me that my device is over used should i reprogram it??
