you most likely have an error in your pop3 settings exchange server also suppport imap see if you can delete the outlook settings and then create a new connection using the correct pop 3 information or try imap ask your system admin what the imap settings are because pop 3 is no longer used as much

Sounds like a hardware failure, it could have been due to the low battery, it could have been due to something just failing while charging, but i doubt there is a quick fix at this point from what your describing. The only other thing i could think to try would be pull out the battery and leave it out overnight then try again, that would hard reboot the phone, if it still behave the same its time for a new phone as it would likely cost more then its worth to do anything else to it.

Check the filter in the bottom is not blocked clean it out . I put drain clear in ours left for a while then put it on rinse only .This may help check out let pipe is not blocked . Ours was the pump going . So we had to change it . It drove me nuts I tried all the things above , hope this helps .

The factory reset removed the Google account data from your phone. When first setting up a phone, you pair the phone with a google account. On the off chance that was not the first thing you did after the factory reset, you may have to hard reset it again and then go through setup immediately to pair a Google account with the phone. If you enter @gmail.com and then the password, then it will say it's not right. You need to enter @googlemail.com and then it will accept it the password, purportedly.

It may be the display issue. It may because of some water or the phone may fallen. Visit the mobile service to fix the issue.

I don't recommend HTC phones for this reason. Poor quality. If you have a problem with their phones their only support number is in the Netherlands and you have to ship them your phone if it's under warranty with no spare to use while it's in service. Ask the cell phone service provider to realign the cell tower priority for better signal strength.

I think phone needs software reset. Below is the link about performing soft reset and hard reset on HTC touch. Try soft reset first. if it doesn't work, try hard reset. If after hard reset still no success, try to flash firmware. But I think hard reset can resolve the problem. Note, that hard reset will delete the storage entirely, so backup any data befor performing those manipulations.
