Convert MENC files to JPG format
i downloaded the photos from my HTC mobile to my PC, but they could not
be read because they are in MENC format, so i want to convert them to

Translate pdf. english to german
This is a hard task to accomplish. First the text need to be converted by an optical character recognition system (OCR) to retrieve the text before it can be translated. The best app I found for this was from a review on android pdf readers.

They mention Documents to Go using it's built-in pdf reader to get the text from the pdf tile.
"Ability to copy selected text to the device's clipboard and paste it into any other app"
Although it is a paid app, the price is low and is extremely functional when working with all types of documents.
Once you have the text, you then need to translate it to your desired language. For this, google translator should be good enough:

Once translated, it is your option(if legally allowed) to paste the translated text into a new document and modify to your liking.
I am unable at this time to find a useful android app which can do all of this and maintain the original pdf format and layout.

I have forgotton my lock
lock screen pattern and gmail password is not related. but if you forgot the lock pattern u can reset or disable it with gmail id and password. If you draw the incorrect pattern five times you will get a message press OK. u can see a new button on screen below the pattern named "forgot pattern?". Touch this button to reset or remove the pattern with gmail id and password.
How to transfer pictures from htc radar to pc
Android data manager tool can help us transfer pictures from htc phone to pc easily. First connect htc phone to pc via usb cable, start the Android data manager tool. A short time scanning later, you can export pictures and transfer them to pc.

There is no application works on my phone, e.g
set up a google account in the phone, go playstore and downloadall teh android apps u need, you can even download playstore onto your laptopif you dont have it and install it with your desktop software for teh phone
