Please, how does your Win 7 x64 machine compare to anything else on your network? Can any other computer see that printer at all? When you install the printer locally does that mean by USB, or what please?

Try a original cart if it does work it will need a printhead.

Hi, The setting of quick print is as same as print. So you should check the print settings. Click File->Print, in Copies Textbox, enter the number of copies. Hope that help

if you are using word to type the address use the tool bar to center it on the page then when you go to print , check the preview to see where it will be printed set the printer properties to envelope and use any old envelope to see where it prints

log onto HP website look for dowload type the description of the product and there you can dowlnload your driver.
