Probably a defrost problem or fan in freezer isn’t working. Any frost buildup on inside back freezer wall?

I would try unpluging the unit for about 10 minutes to see if it would revert to defaults

Make sure on /off switch is on or wire arm is down. What problems are you having with it?

Check if defrost motor has quit while the unit is in defrost mode.

a few things i need to know. where is it leaking? what drain are you looking for icemaker, refrig. or freezer. if i find out these answers i can tell you your answers. was in this buiss. for 40yrs.

feel the sides and the back of the freezer if the out sides are not warm or hot then there is a good chance that the compressor is not working

That model is not pulling up. But is it a top mount freezer, side by side, or bottom mount freezer?

Is the air diversion door from the freezer to the fridge operating properly

Air diversion door must be not working properly

Have you checked the bulb is tight and good and sure the light switch is not stuck or blocked?

Try cleaning your condenser coil at the back of the refrigerator. If there is constant ice built at the evaporator coil which you have to defrost manually then you have a defrost timer issue
