Hi Its a long link, but if you click on this, or copy and paste to your address bar in your browser, it will take you to the log in page. Towards the bottom right is an option to create a new "Microsoft account" which is what new hotmail or now Outlook accounts are called. Hi Catherine.Get in touch with Windows Live and tell them your situation. If the emails that you are receiving are threatening or abusive then they will track the I.P. address of the computer that the mail is being sent from and they will inform the police at your request. You should also have an email address from the sender also so provide Microsoft with that too.If there is anything else I can help you with please post back.Regards.
