You need a conversion kit from Heartland which is normally jets and orifices, plus the regulator. The work needs to be done by a gas tech. Hi Dave, I think it is the flame failure device. it is besides the oven burner. When that device is gone, oven will stay on very small. That is for safety. If that is the case, you need to replace the Safety device or the complete burner with device.
