Just installed a MQ 3 -35 in my home in order to improve low city supplied water pressure (35psi). Now my home pressure is at 75 to 80 psi, too high. How can I regulate the pressure down to 55-60 ps

proper way is to install a water pressure regulator and due to potability reasons it needs to be brass ,bronze, stainless steel, or CPVC plastic , (no steel or cast metal) of course the less high tech way is to plumb a valve from pump outlet back to its inlet and adjust valve to max pressure setting you want at max demand , I don't recommend this method as it wont be able to give you a constant pressure regardless of demand as the first method will , Note: some water regulators are a "relieving" type and require special install methods and maybe three lines to it

My static incoming pressure is 21lbs and my MQ3-45

I have a static pressure of 28 coming into my house (city water). In order to set the pressure coming out of the pump (outlet side), you will need to install a PRV. I have mine set at 50, although you can set it to whatever you like. Keep in mind that the pump will continue to run after there is no demand for pressure for aprox 12 seconds and then shut off. The additional run time will increase the pressure in your lines (mine increases to 61 lbs. I hope this helps...

How do we lower the waterflow from our Grundfos cm booster p2 waterpump

Put a valve anywhere in the pump outlet piping that is convenient and throttle the flow on the pressure side. Grundfos pumps are well built and will handle the small increase in pressure. Do NOT restrict the inlet to the pump as inlet restriction can lead to cavitation and early pump failure.
