what is telling me that the hardware is not comparable with you pc.
go to the vendors' web site download the driver and the application software.
open the pc and re seat the PCI card or relocate it to a different slot. install the software.
if it still come up as "fail to initialize hardware" then you need to located the "older" driver for the PCI card.
make sure you un-install what ever software you don't need. there will conflict if you don't

Just look up Ultramaric Genius bed o -line and they will have an "_800" number. Ask them where may get a remote.

There is no compatible driver with Windows 7 for your device .
You could try the Vista version from here : http://www.toggle.com/lv/group/view/kl40622/Driver_Genius_TVGo_A03.htm
If it fails , try in compatibility mode : right click on the Genius icon and select
" troubleshoot compatibility " .

on the left side under choose product line select 'Video" "Watch TV on NB" "TVGOa03x" "Windows 7" and press search. download the driver

Suggest Googling the hardware name & what operating system you are using . Or go to the hardware website under support & look for driver & download most of the time it supplied online.
