The antenna does
Either you have a bad cable, or the motor has given up. Sometimes it can be the mod. board but the bearing pulse generator is located on the motor itself. Also check to see if theres a switch on the back.
Does this transducer mount in

This transducer requires a hole to be drilled in the bottom of the hull and the unit installed from the outside, using a caulk/adhesive such as 3M 4200 or 5200. Nice choice. Furuno is a good manufacturer!

The radio has nothing to do with the window not going down. Most likely a bad motor or gear in the motor, the switches do go bad but not as common as the motor or gear. Rewiring the stereo will fix the power antena as long as the motor is still functionable and it is reconnected to the stereo "power antenna" terminal.

MY NAVNET 3D MFD12 GPS SCREEN IS SPINNING IN
The GPS antennas are sealed so I don't see why they would ask if you sprayed the hose at it...it won't matter. I did some fishing this past year in the Keys on a boat with the same system you have and I scrubbed the GPS antenna and sprayed it directly with water and it did not have water intrusion.
Do you know which GPS antenna you have? Also, do you have any other equipment that may be interfaced to the MFD? I am assuming that you have a NMEA2000 antenna (model GP330B). If this is the case I would first check the NMEA2000 backbone. If you don't know what that is look for some cables all plugging together via Tees. there will be 2 cables per tee and the tees plug together. Make sure that there is a terminator at the end of the tee block. If you have the NMEA2000 antenna the other terminator should be in the antenna itself.
Do you have the engine interface wired to the MFD? If so, unhook that wire. I have seen some really weird things happen if the engines are sending some information back to the display.
We have installed many of these systems and the only failures I have seen are people damaging the radar antennas. The systems we have installed have been bulletproof for the most part.

You have to reset the Furuno to factory settings this will solve your problem.
The reset procedure is clearly available in the manual.The master reset will reset all the settings.
scanner unit is not having any problem.
Since you say you are not able to enter menu.There is some corruption in the firmware.
If you are not able to pass through menu,then you should call Furuno service center they would give you some set of keys to be pressed for each model it differs so the system gets to old factory settings and now you can configure it correctly.

Gps is saying internal battery ng and ng for data
There is an internal 3 VDC battery that needs to be replaced in the unit. Any marine electronics repair shop should be able to perform this for minimal cost. We charge $75 for the repair. Please contact me if you need any more help or want to send the unit to me for repair:

Unit will not power up
It is possible that their is a fuse inside the display. I would recommend sending the unit to a Furuno dealer to take a look at it. You can contact me:
