They remote is for the immobiliser system. Immobilisers are designed to be VERY difficult to bypass otherwise why fit them? Your simplest solution here is to go to a car key specialist and get a new remote. Once the old one fails the car will not start at all.

Just a guess, since some disengage if signal not getting thru that motor running, to prevent starter brushes overheating, burning, etc, and you say motor starts, maybe a dirty electrical connection, like oil or something got in somewhere, interfering with that signal being received. To rule that out I guess yourself or shop, have all electrical connectors looked at for oil, dirt, oxidation, loose, etc... Simply pulling connectors and pushing back on few times might do it if that the issue. Notice if it feels tight or not. If oily dirty, maybe spray male and female parts of connector with alcohol based spray degreaser. Silicone spray has fast evaporating alcohol but the silicone may interfere with electrical connection. Also, be sure your remote button not triggered by weak spring contacting when you set it down or put in pocket as that'll act to shut off if already on. I had 1 get like that. Would park car, head in, putting remote in pocket after going in, would notice car running from inside.

These aftermarket remote start system are famous for this type of problem, I think it has lost communication with the car's security system, how to fix that I am not aware of.

You need to remove and clean the air bypass idle speed control valve and the throttle valve and bore, they get gunked up from combustion "blow back" and that causes stalls and rough cold running. Use only CRC Throttle Valve cleaner (any auto parts store) on both parts, carb spray will destroy the non stick coating inside the parts.

it must be a rod changer-if so its adjustable take the sump pan off the gearbox disconnect the rod -you need to find neutral you can use hand pressure to move the changer -after that the -make sure the gear selector in the car is in neutral then you adjust the threaded part of the gear connector under the cat to fit the position of neutral on the actual gearbox selector-------make sure when you start the car your foot is on the footbrake then test under low revs
