Tried smacking the train on the concrete, didn't work. Then I smacked one side, then the other, the wheels started turning like a charm. Getting the train set up for my 3 year old grandsons visit. One happy grandma right now.

Good Morning! Just in case you haven't found instructions, Fisher Price/Mattel have a web link to instruction manuals for the Jumperoos. They no longer make the Barnyard one, as far as I can see, but here is a link to the webpage where you can download instructions. I would suggest finding one with the same style and I very much expect the basic instructions will be similar. These are the things that I would recommend: 1. Check your anti-virus and make sure that it's updated. It's possible that your laptop has been infested by a virus and this is causing your software to malfunction 2. If your anti-virus is updated, then try uninstalling it and installing your software again. 3. If none of this works, then you really have to go to the computer shop and have it checked.
