I have a new '65 Deluxe reverb Reissue Fender Tube Amp

If you have power and a good connection to the guitar, don't take it apart - take it back. It has a warranty and any reputable dealer will give you another one - just ask for a test before leaving the store/shop.

Pluged into the wrong voltage

Hi,

You have to replace the power supply with exact voltage and amperage.
Be careful next time.

Passport 250 PD dropped face first and it loosened the inside speaker connection

I have experience with the original Passport 250 as leader of the design team. To get inside of the speaker cabinet, you will need to remove a couple of small screws that hold in the grille at the top and bottom of the cabinet face. Once these screws are removed, you will need to carefully pry out the grille from its pressure fit in the plastic noting how it is placed so you can reassemble the grill later. Once the grille is removed you will notice several holes located around the outer perimeter of the speaker panel. Inside these holes, you will find the screws that secure the front of the cabinet (part with speaker attached) with the back of the cabinet housing. Once you have all of the screws removed, you can separate the front panel from the housing and fix the wires or dislocated parts such as crossovers, etc. Once repaired, use the reverse method to reassemble the cabinet. Don't tighten the cabinet screws excessively as they can strip the plastic. I hope this repair works for you.

Factory specs for Fender Stratocaster and Squire

The nut and the bridge are the pieces that effect the radius of a guitar, regardless of make/model.

The radius is the arc the frets and fretboard follow from side to side. Matching this arc with your string saddles greatly increases playability and comfort when playing the guitar. The nut follows this arc also, though not as intensely as the saddles. An improperly set bridge not only is hard to play on, but causes undue stress on the player!!

Fender does not provide the specifics; it's pretty much up to the player to set to their preference. I'd check out a music store to see what a new out-of-the-box Strat is set up like, just for reference.

I have a Blues Jr

What happens when you replace the original resistor? The change might eradicate the balance within the circuitry. It might be appropriate to connect a wire wound variable rersistor of say 10K in series with the original resistor to see what changes occur with small changes. Measure other known voltage points around that part of the circuit and note the changes as you increase the resistance. It would be helpful if you could send a diagram of this particular unit.
