Emachine w3507 blue light only
If you get nothing but a blue light and no video at all it sounds like you have a bad power supply. They are easy enough to check and replace but not for a first timer. If you know someone who knows more; get a volt meter and put it on the DC scale. Unplug a power plug to a drive or find one that is not used. Measure the Yellow to black and then the red to black wires. You should get 12 & 5 volts respectively.
Not sure it's the motherboard, but it shuts itself
The CHS fan is the chasis fan, this fan should be seated on the case somwhere, the best way to check this is to take the side panel of the pc and power it up to see if any fans are not working, if you find a fan that is not working turn back off and check the connector of the fan is connected properly to the motherboard connector and try again, if still the same you may have to invest in a new fan. They are relitively cheep to buy from your local pc store.
When installing the new fan ensure you place back into the case blowing out, not in, this way you will ensure the heat is being dispersed away from any heated componants.
Being as you have reseated the heat sink and cpu(processor)fan and changed the heat sink compond, as long as you fully covered the metal of the processor then that shouldnt be the problem of the shuting down. Because the bios knows it has a chasis fan it may shut down to protect the motherboard and componants.
hope this helps.
Emachines w 3507 desktop isnt recognizing sdhc
This PC was made before SDHC was finalized so the built-in media reader will not read SDHC. You will need to purchase an SDHC compatible media card reader device. I've seen them for as little as $3.99 and they just plug in via USB.
Need to buy a new h.d.d led, power sw, and power
Fine, find a shop that assembles PCs and which has the spare ones yanked from generic cases per order.
Or, since the LEDs are regulated by amperage rather than voltage, put any LEDs you want in (blue, green, white, yellow, UV (looks blue because almost any surface downconverts the UV), whatever), plus a momentary switch (it's never carrying the 90A 150VAC to a 900W supply!) MicroCenter and many other retailers can of course oblige.
Hey, that's like a shopping problem the way you stated it. Is there any other detail bothering you?

I DONT KNOW HOW TO PUT THE CARD IN IT
Tiffano,
You have not specified what card you want inserted. Anyway.
Please remove the 3 screws at the back of the PC on the right side of the PC as you face to back. This will enable you to remove the cover thus exposing the innards of the PC. You will find at least one slot empty for a cord to be inserted. Insert the card with its contact lugs towards the motherboard and the metallic strip towards the back.. Fit it properly and tighten the screw on top of the metallic strip to the body of the computer. Once done, screwup the side plate of the PC and turn it around to face you. Now insert the CD that came with the card and install the card.
Now you are ready to use the card.
When i turn on my screen it says no signal and
Either the "data" cable between your screen and your desktop is defective, or that cable is not connected to your screen, or that cable is not connected to your desktop, or the video-card inside the computer is defective.
Check the connections.
Temporarily connect the screen to a different laptop/desktop computer, to see if the screen still works.
Temporarily connect a different screen to your desktop, to see if your desktop's video-adapter is working.
I want to delete everything off the computer and
Download a DVD, ISO file, from say a torrent site and burn to DVD. You may have to elicit a friends machine to do this. Or purchase a DVD. Also ensure you FIRST get & download ALL the drivers you need from the manufacturers web site.
