You have to go into your msconfig files and services,.msc files to turn off unnecessary operations. And virus programs are notorious for using up memory resources and turning computer into a snail. If you have one, get rid of it and stay off the p-rn sites. It is not the cpu or power supply responsible for the issue. It is the user at fault for overloading the machine's resources. And a new computer will get just as bad if you continue to employ the same habits as you have with this unit.

Are you sure that model isn't actually the motherboard? ECS brand? Can you try CPUz and GPUz to find some basic info about your boards?

plz check if their is any error code like beeps if the motherboard is turning on but if its not turning on after a power supply change then u must consider a computer replacment

This is a problem with your Operating system. Thsi usually happens as a result of a virus activity or system files that have been corrupt. For you to fix this, Lets try the following options.... 1. There's no reason to flash your BIOS they rarely add enhancements to BIOS's usually just bug fixes. Plus it's dangerous to flash it unless you know exactly what you are doing if you half flash something then it's toast flash is either all or nothing.
