Sounds like you have a belt that slips under load. May need replacing.

Hey Desmond, thank you for your inquiry! From my understanding your Electrolux washer is displaying an error code of 33. I am showing that is an invalid error code. This could be a miscommunication within your control panel. I would suggest performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. If the reset does not help correct the issue and the error code comes back please comment back. Also, let us know your model number. You can locate the model number of the door frame of your washer. Level offset error. remove the air tube from the cpu and blow it

The white actuator box on the door locking mechanism is faulty. its already locked yet the machine door is open.

Check the transformer at the back of the machine if there is an output. also check the fuse on the same transformer if its blown out. Does the cpu led light come on?

Check the cables connecting the door locking unit on the left of the door handle and the CPU if they are broken. Also check the P. Bus cables from the power supply unit at the back of the machine coming to the CPU if there is a disconnection.

Hi try unplugging the machine for ten minutes this sometime resets the computer inside.

Tray to drill another holes below the originals and cut ribs of old ones to put springs on. If not take 8 awg copper wire, band like hook, and glue down on casing with a two-component epoxy.

Replace doorlock. The the power plug on the main board to the lock for burns or signs of heat. If its okay, replace doorlock, and you are good to go.

Loud buzz is likely to be from the motor, due to a failed start / run capacitor. mention this to the service engineer when you call, so that he can bring the replacement with him, and avoid a return visit.
