Thermostat issue when it reaches heat its set to it should turn off and then come back on when it drops below that temp check if thermostat is clean

Best get in touch with the company you got it from. Do not play with it as it should be covered under the warranty. i say electrolux should see it.

Sounds to me like the lower element shorted and tripped the breaker as it burned out. If you're handy at electrical troubleshooting that's where I'd start - comparing ohmmeter readings between the bad element and the one that works. A wire short to the chassis would have a similar set of symptoms and be easier to find and fix. Beyond that, you need a service tech.

I just fixed mine by resetting the stove to factory settings. You do that s by pressing user preferences icon until it gets to the factory settings. Then, press the hi or lo button ( under the numbers) to "yes". Then press start.
