It should unlock once the temperature has dropped to a safe level. If its still locked after that time, I would say the safety lock has failed to release and will need replacing. I think it will need accessing through the top to manually release the door latch mechanism.

It may be on the “clean” cycle, which locks the door.

The cooling fan is probably the problem , you need to take oven out , take the back off and the motor is fitted at the top , switch grill on and the motor should be quiet

for bake there is one top and one bottom element,sounds like the top bake element needs replacing,do no confuse it with the grill element as there are two elements at the top the outer one is the bake

According to the convection fan which does not work, I suggest checking the main oven selector, wiring and convection fan. According to the timer you should first set the time and then verify the correctness the timer relay. If relay is open than completely oven will not work. Dado

Read the user manual that came with the new oven. If it doesn't say in there that you can then you won't be able to.

Check bake element for top oven

Bearing in the fan motor. Replace fan motor.

So what’s the problem?

Try cutting if at breaker box for 2 minutes. This may reset electronics. Is it showing a code in digital display?

I sorted it it is a simple solution, if you take the top of your oven you should see the problem...it will be big and black..dont spend a ortune getting it sorted i brought the part off ebay for less than a fiver.. just cant remember what it was called..very simple to fix though.  Mike

Error message E8 indicates a communication issue between electronics.. To resolve this issue:
