Hi how did u test the batteries.the only accurate way to test them is to use a BATTERY load tester ...u can buy them on E/BAY.APROX COST $35::.cheers

Monster Scooter Part sells the controller for $400. Installation is straight forward once the controller is located under the shroud cover. Remove the 2 mounting bolts and unplug the wiring connectors. The Shark controller connectors are easily removed by a squeeze or pull back on the lock ring. have lights so not fuse blown not much to these ..batteries .. controller .. electric motors hard to mix up the positive and neg terminals that is a two battery unit check if the joystick controller or its cable is faulty

Sounds like your battery is dead. Sometimes they seem ok, or read good on gauge...but just a little load kills it. May also be internal short or connection problem inside battery. Either way, I'd start there.

When you say electric controller, what do you mean? There is over charge protection on the battery that is a separate sensor and it is bad.

make sure the battery is actually good, if so it may have a corroded or broken wire to the motor or bad ground wire.

hi if u have a mobility scooter look under the battery cover most serial numbers r on the frame....... good luck

If thats a newer scooter..the module may not b recognizing the replacement. Mite need reprogramd..then u need a factory scanner. Rechec the installation first

It appears that you may have battery issues. Check out the battery and replace if necessary.
