How do i access recovery mode on eMachines W3052
Not sure that this is what you need, but should work. If you have Windows OS, try pressing F8 when booting. A menu will be given on the screen. Will have to choose SAFE MODE and when windows loads go to START MENU-PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES-SYSTEM TOOLS and choose SYSTEM RESTORE
Front panel connection
Try this : See if you can find your motherboard model number. If so, type it into Google, go to the manufacturers site and download a manual which should have the wiring diagram you require.
Cheers.

it may be a problem of hard drives jumper settings and the CMOS/BIOS setting conflicts!!
first try to go to setup on pressing F2 and load optimal values and restart!!
if this does not help then open the CPU and see the hard drives jumper settings and make it to chip select(CS), and restart!
this mainly will be the problems!

The computer dont turn on
Emachines are noted if they don't boot up the mother board has gone bad. Also the power unit goes bad on most models taking the motherboard with it as well. I have two setting around as parts units now the parts few years and have inquired into many websites about these PC's. I was told to replace them instead of repairing them for the money. I hope you will investigate my findings as well
Laptops are the way to go now a days for they are easy to move around and the power packs are under $10 to replace. Lap tops are even at the $300 range these days at Wall Mart too
When i put cd in tray it want play
Make sure your "CD" is readable. In other words a CD-ROM will not read a DVD.
Also, is this "CD" in retail format or is it a burned CD or a CD that someone made for you? If that is the case, then your computer may not be able to read the "CD".
Thanks.
