My works Dymo LabelMANAGER 210D broke down because of a weak construction. The tape cartridge door pulls via a spring the print head towards the roller. Its plastic lever couldn't handle the strain. I repaired it with a peace of locking wire, as you can see on the picture. Greetzzzzz Arno

Are you sure is is a 'PC 10'? I can't find that model. All the ones I have used were battery operated desktop use or hand held. Is this a cable that connect the label maker to a PC, so you design on the computer and print to the Dymo? If that is the case, It _should_ be a standard printer lead.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to correct category. Remove the batteries and replace them with brand new set of Duracell. When the batteries get to a certain point, there is enough power to light the display but nothing else. To reset your Dymo LabelPOINT 350 Printer, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and then disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
2. Press and hold down the 'Function' key.
3. While still holding down the 'Function' key, reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
4. Release the 'Function' key after the printer starts up.
5. Disconnect the printer from the power cord once more.
6. Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and then reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
7. Your Dymo LabelPOINT 350 Printer should now be reset.

I have the same problem with my printer. New batteries no corrosion not used very much and will not turn on. Did you ever find an answer that worked?

When you type the label just press return or enter and it will skip a line. Hope this helps.

Your cassette tape has probably become unthread. Take the cassette out of your handheld printer. Make sure that the tape is fed under both claws on each side of the tape. If the tape is only under one claw, your label will not be flat and will only print the bottom half of the letter on your label.

There may be a small piece of label cutting stuck in the gears. remove the label cartredge, you will see a white gear set between the pinch wheel and the print head. Use a micro drive or something strong and give the gears a little help while pushing the print button. You may have to do this several times. Be careful not to use too much force as this may knock a tooth off. Good luck. My Dymo continues to print prefet labels.

Its probably not stuck-it looks like extra small is the only font available for 1/4 inch tape. I put 1/2 inch tape in and was able to access the other fonts. If you print out the 1/4 inch with extra small font there is hardly any clear border space

Yep, same thing happened to ours. It would reel the label tape through and sound as if it were printing but nothing would show up. We replaced the batteries and it works perfectly again.

• Switch the Letratag printer OFF
• Remove the tape cassette
• Press the following 3 buttons together and hold - [ON] + [Numlock] + [J]
• An erase message will be displayed and the machine will switch off

When you switch it back on it should have been reset and will ask for the language. ..

If you are printing from a computer, the print job will be in the bottom right taskbar (click the small arrow). Open the icon and in the heading Cancel Print Jobs. Or you can go to Start - Settings - Devices - Printers and Scanners and choose the printer and cancel from there.
