To make the arms move faster, remove all the batteries and the batteries on the remote control.
Buy brand new batteries and insert them in. Turn buzz to TRY ME on his back. Stand him up and turn him OFF for 5 seconds. Then turn him to PLAY and the arm will move faster.

try putting wd-40 in between the legs.

Go to Amazon & look up the tent & the picture should help you. I put one together for my granddaughter.

Did you try to reinsert the battery? sometimes only the battery comes lose from the contacts when you drop something. I hope it is nothing serious.

There is a switch on the back above the battery compartment. First select the language (1 for Spanish, 2 for English) and then press the button on the front to confirm your selection. Then slide the switch to 0 for regular mode.

Did you get it to work? I am having the same problem with the one that our daughter got for Christmas. The demo tab is pulled out but Mickey acts like he is still in demo mode. We have already changed the batteries..

How old is the toy? I am not that familiar with the Programmable Buzz Lightyear, But many toys have a TRY ME feature that works off of a small battery that only lasts so long. The Try Me battery may be very weak.

check batteries, if that's fine than take it back, it would be faulty
