Go to the website of what you need to reload and if they have a search tab type in "Driver" or "Install files" They might have them available for download. Then just run the .exe file.

Books, etc. from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

check to see if it has a reset button if it do press it to reset it nothing wroung will happen

Go to "Settings" on the player, then "Connection Mode". Switch the connection mode to "MSC", then connect it again to your computer.

Try resetting, you will need a small pin, but that worked to turn ours back on, except now we have other issues.

When I first received, the player, it had to be initially charged before it would do anything, or even turn on. Once I allowed it to charge for about an hour, then it would turn on and I could see the charging lightening symbol.

Im not sure what are you trying to say by mixed..clips...but judging by the small size of the mp3 player ..I will assume that is just an old model ..and I will advice you to load only mp3 files into it ...not wma...wave or any other music file format ..cause it will not work ...and if you are trying to make something like a mix music file into a program on the computer and load into it to listen ...you have to save it in mp3 format alone ....newer models supports wma files and even old cd-tracks that used to be played only on cd players ( clasic) ...but this one is not that advanced.. ..and will only play the mp3 files..
so ...make sure all your files are mp3 ...and are not corrupted...for this ...just hook it on the computer ...copy all content into a folder ..and analyze them by right click and properties...there will show the file format ..speed and all..

Ours did the exact same thing.. I Decided the remote thing was worth a try. I turned the TV to DVD (without a DVD in the player) pressed the set up button (on remote) and Restored the Default option. (Highlighted Default; highlighted Restore then pressed OK) Then exited the set up. I did this twice just to make sure, LoL well.. it's been on over 4hrs now with no problem.. seems like this fixed it.. hope it helps!!

Convert files to WMV so they work with your MixMax you can download the Magic DVDRipper found at www.magicdvdripper.com. You can run the trial 5 times so I suggest before shutting out the program to do all the movies you can. When you do it, under the output folder click on Profile and click more profiles. There will be a Disney MixMax option choose that one, rename your title and pick your destination folder and then click start it will do the rest. I had the same problem with standard over the head earphones, however, when I used it with earbuds, the volume increased tremendously and we now have no problems with the volume sounding too low. My daughter has a hard time with regular earbuds, so I purchased some "clip" style earbuds.

yes there is a little hole next to the usb slot where you poke a needle or safety pin in !! good luk! :D

the laser lens is most likely dirty, buy a cleaning disk, or use a microfiber cloth or eyeglasses cleaning cloth and gently wipe the lens in one direction to clean it. the lens will look like a small round clear piece of glass near the motor that spins the cd, if this doesnt work, then the laser has quit working

Conect it on a pc & it will charge.

HIT THE RESET BUTTON WITH A PAPER CLIP OR SOMETHING SMALL.AND RECHARGE UNTIL YOU HAVE A FULL CHARGE.
