I have Delonghi ESAM 3300 and grinder runs for

We had excactly the same problem a couple of times recently with a lot of troubleshooting, like adjsusting grinder, reseting the to factory settings, and many more and we end up that it was a problem with pcb control board which lost the preset timing of grinding thus the coffee grinding where about 3-4 sec and the correct one shold be about 8-9 sec. We have here one side which have the control board for your reference.

Delonghi magnifica door won't stay shut

I had this problem. The door didn't snap when I shut it and it would pop open and stop the brewing. It was an easy 5 minute fix. I removed the drip tray and the black plastic bin where the spent coffee grounds are expelled. With a flashlight I could clearly see 1/4" to 1/2" caked coffee grinds lining the back of the cabinet at its base. This residue kept the bin from seating correctly. Because the bin wasn't all the way back into the cabinet it put pressure on the door and kept it from latching. I cleaned out the buildup with a small spatula and a brush and the door latched perfectly again.

Delonghi Magnifica screen gone blank doesn't work

Question moved from 'Advance Computers' to correct category. This particular machine is mentioned on Fixya 3 or 4 times a week, in fact I answered one yesterday. They have a history of problems. Your issue is likely the control board and would need dealer servicing. Having said that, this page lists most part as 'Obsolete - Discontinued'. https://www.ereplacementparts.com/delonghi-esam3300-magnifica-parts-c-122345_122351_122764.html https://www.google.com/search?q=delonghi+magnifica+parts+diagram ..

There is a red warning triangle with an exclamation mark in the centre on my machine. What does it mean?

If that light flashes, it means that the service door of your coffee machine is open. If you can't close the service door then probably the infuser is not pushed in far enough. Hope this helps.

Magnifica s ground coffee goes to ground container without extraction

Hi,I had the same problem with my Siemens EQ.300. The problem was residues that are sticked to brewing unit. Here is the solution for my Siemens EQ.300Take a plastic brush and clean all part of the brewing unit, deeply, under tap water for 5 minutes. Dry gently, and re-inserted to the Siemens EQ.300 machine.Update: After a while, same problem happened again. This time, I have washed my coffee machine's brewing unit in the dishwasher. Result is perfect!https://www.izreview.com/siemens-eq-3-espresso-coffee-machine-review/#Siemens_EQ300_dispensing_coffee_into_the_drip_tray3_24_2022_2_02_38_pm.jpg

Attemps to gind but no beans seem to get through

Machine thinks there are no beans because it is not grinding. Most likely the grinder is blocked. The common causes are a small foreign object, a stale hard bean and moisture (either from water spillage or moist beans). The first thing you should do is vacuum ALL the beans out, set it to the coarsest grind setting and run the grinder a few times ( with no beans). Then put a small amount of fresh beans (make sure they are dry and not from fridge or freezer) in and try again. Give it a few goes. If it still wont grind have a good look down there, if it looks wet let it dry out for a while and try again. If none of thes easy tips help you will have to remove the top grinder burr and clean both burrs. Good luck.

Grounds container indicator light stays on

I have the same problem as this after cleaning. The machine won't power on. It does a power on self test and then the grounds tray full or missing light comes on and nothing else can be done. A friend of mine with a similar machine says hers fixed itself after a while so assume some sensor got jammed/obscured with my over zealous cleaning. However I'm not hopeful. Might try taking it apart.

The grinder on my DeLonghi seems to be stuck. It

Likely a foreign object is blocking up the grinder. Remove all beans and run at coarsest grind to try to clear it, chase it through with more beans if necessary. If this does not clear it then the top burr of the grinder assembly can be removed after disassembling the machine. Mark the grinder coarseness cogs before moving them to assist reassembly. Moderately difficult procedure.

Why doesn't my Delonghi Magnifica S Plus reset itself ready for the next brew?

These machines are so complicated they have to serviced by authorized service centres at least once a year. Heat, pressure and plastic parts fail, plus neoprene O-Rings lose their lubrication properties and go hard. Yours needs dealer service.
