I have a constant 'paper jam' message on DELL 2130cn.
Perfect printing from my 2130CN but increasingly constant paper jams. Various Codes, 077-102, 077-901, 071-100 and 071-700. Checked the roller in the tray and found it was not free running - quite difficult to turn. I felt this was wrong but was unable to free it up. Clearly designed not to be free running by some system inside the roller itself. Had discussions with Dell where they advised a new roller kit was required, but they didn't have one. Maybe later!
I looked more carefully at the roller and decided to make it free running as I felt it should be. Two small lugs on the white plastic support at one end locate with the system inside the roller preventing it from rotating without considerable force being applied. I ground off the two locating pins allowing free rotation and re-installed. Printer works now works perfectly. Asked Dell what is inside the roller but they respond that they want to talk on the phone - but they don't. I suspect that whatever is inside the roller expands and slowly jams over a period of time requiring it to be replaced on a regular basis! With no information from Dell I suspect a simple SCAM to make money!

What does it mean by Load MP feeder letter?
That means whatever you are trying to print is set to feed from the MP tray or Multipurpose Tray. The tray that folds out that is used to feed thicker paper or envelopes in. Just check your print setup screen and tell it to feed from the lower tray or tray1. If that is what you were trying to do.

Dell 924 printer shows error as "unsupported cartridge"
You can't have a Dell cartridge refilled. It's Dell's way of making big bucks selling overpriced cartidges. Their practise is almost illegal and eventually they will get sued.
Buy an HP or a Kodak printer. Both sell better printers and their cartidges can be refilled.

Scanning problem with A940 AIO Dell printer/scanner
Hi there, just found this solution to work perfectly. i just freaked out for a moment with the same problem. Use this or just type fax and scan in your help function. Hope this helps!
Before you begin, make sure that you've installed your scanner on
the computer and that the scanner is turned on.
-
Windows Photo Gallery.
-
Click File, and then click Import from Camera or Scanner.
-
In the Import Pictures and Videos window,
click the scanner that you want to use, and then click Import.
-
In the New Scan dialog box, click the Profile list, and then click Photo. The
default settings for scanning a picture are automatically displayed.
-
If you're using a scanner with a document feeder, click the Paper size list, and then click the size of the picture that
you've placed on the scanner or click the size that most closely matches the
picture.
-
Click the Color format list, and then click
the color format that you want the scanned file to display.
-
Click the File type list, and then click the
file type that you want to use to save the scanned file.
-
Click the Resolution (DPI) list, and then
click the resolution,
in dots per inch, that you want to use.
-
Adjust the brightness
and contrast
settings or type the values that you want to use.
-
To see how the picture will appear when it is scanned, click Preview. If needed, modify the scan settings, and then preview
the picture again. Repeat these steps until you're satisfied with the preview
results. Some scanners might require you to place the picture in the document
feeder each time that you scan.
-
Click Scan. When the scan is complete, Windows Photo Gallery prompts you to tag
the picture so that it's easier to organize or find later.
-
In the Tag these pictures (optional) list,
type a tag name, and then click Import. Windows Photo Gallery displays the picture so you
can view, fix, or organize it.

Dell A920 with Windows Vista
Believe it or not... the driver is buried on the Dell site for Vista 64-bit. I search and searched ... and there it was.
http://support.us.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R153048&formatcnt=1&libid=0&fileid=203948
In any case, I downloaded it, installed it, and it works fine. All the buttons (scan/copy) on the top work as well as printing. Now if I could just get my old XP machines to print to it on the network. But.. I think that is another thread.
