166-0138 is a fasco motor number not a capacitor. if you need a capacitor they are typical items that are rated in voltage and micro farads. you can replace the capacitor with one of the same rating from a hvac supply house.

all those items you can easily obtain right from the Home of Dayton , ( Grainger.com) as Dayton is there stock brand and with there huge system of local stores too , im betting there's one within a short ride to it near you .

the capacitor that is required is the same size as what is fitted it will read as voltage and uf number best have a ac technician check it out as it may not be the capacitor but the power board some ac units have a capacitor that is in effect two capacitors in one to run the compressor and the cooling fan as well best get the technician in as it could save a lot of money in the long run

There should be a nameplate on the side of the motor.Look to see if it is reversible. The motor is a fairly heavy duty and more than likely is reversible.
