Wrong Port when printing
assuming you mean you are connecting to two separate parallel ports, then your bios settings may have not been set correctly(duplex operation - bidirectional data allowed) or your ports may have been moved by other added hardware, ie your bios may be poor at doing that especially if the parallel ports are on add in card. but since you gave us none of that information, i would try uninstalling both then just add the 1200 first on the first(other) LPT. see what it manages on the one that works on its own. if its ok which it should be then try adding the 1500 after see what happens to both then.
Printer goes out of network
Two possible problems. Move the printer closer to the wireless router, and if that doesn't work, it is probably a failure in the printer. Also, see if there is a setting on your printer to force it to try to reconnect automatically.
How to use D-Link DPR-2000 with OSX
Its a 4 port printer server. You can connect up to 4 printers to the system and then everyone who has wireless connection with the server can use any of the connected printers.
The system should be easy to install and can be used with windows and OSX.
I wonder why someone should buy a printer server if he / she does not know how it works.
In OSX you you have to use the IPP and Dlink offers their special Click and Connect software.
Read the manual and it will work.
I have a d-link dir-615 password won't work need to reset it.
put the special reset button at the back for a few second with a pin.
When reboot ready,
Step 1: Open your web browser and type in the IP address of the router (192.168.0.1 by default).
Step 2: Enter the username (admin) and password (blank by default), and then click Ok or Log In
Then change settings and passwords.
Change ip address
The IP address is configured through your DHCP server in your router. You're going to have to either look in your router for connected devices or use a tool like netscan.exe (free) to find the assigned IPs in your network, If you don't have too many connected devices, you can keep putting the IPs that are there into your web browser until the device page comes up. They SHOULD HAVE put a reset button on this thing, but they didn't.
