Amano MJR 8000 cuts off top of numbers on timecards

this is caused most likely by one of two issues: 1. The ribbon guide is misaligned or bent 2. A print needle within the printer is stuck or broken. Try www.gatewaytime.com they offer affordable time clock service and parts.
