Cd drawer does not open

This could be very simple to repair. They are usually driven by a small belt which has either snapped or fell off.

Audio Books

There are several brands and publishers of audio books and you didn't identify yours. In most cases professionally produced audio books are separated into several 3-6 minute tracks. your CD player should just skip to the next using the button with the single arrow pointing to the vertical line. >l When listening to audio books, If I'm using a cd player that doesn't retain the last track when shut off I make a mental note of the track number. Hope this helps

I have one speaker not working on an output jack but i switch speaker then the other one does not work , is this something to do with the output jack being burned out or is it something else and is it

Sounds to me with what you are saying is you do have a bad outlet Jack, checking the wiring feeding the jack or replacing same would be advised.

MP3 Output Jack

You can find a replacement jack at RadioShack or most other electronic supply houses - either a brick and mortar store or online. Measure the existing component to ensure you get one that will fit correctly. You will need to re-solder the connections - make sure you use solder wick to remove the existing solder from the connections. Your existing jack should have numbers on it - I would match them up to be sure you get a compatible replacement part. Hope this helps!

Media manager

Most basic MP3 devices such as this one, simply mount on your desktop like a flash/USB stick drive when you plug it in. If it does mount, just drag your audio files into the appropriate folder on the mounted drive to transfer your music.

I have a Coby DVD938 hooked up through a cable

You're Going to have continuous problems like that with your current configuration. You should plug your video and audio cables directly to a separate input into the back of you set. That's provided of course that you have another input on the set. If your set and dvd player are HDMI cable capable then you also would have typically another hdmi input. In that cast you don't need separate audio cables. The audio is carried as a digital signal in the HDMI cable.

Sub woofer not working hear connection. but no

you have tried the SW on other channels and it worked right? Have you tried other speakers on the SW channel? I think it is more likely that your SW channel's volume is too low or it is turned off in the options somewhere.

Unable to select random option, or any other option!

It does not say so in the manual, but you must hold down the Enter key (the center round button) and while doing that, press the Option button (the equals on the right).
