you nearest casio dealer may have one in the back of the store,many buyers don't want/need the manuals so some stores hold on to them for such occassions

Sounds like you are overloading the capabilities. Basically, you have too many notes sounding at once. It doesn't have a massive amount of polyphony.

If you open up the case and look at the rear of the keys, I expect you will see that there is a small spring connected to the rear of each key. i suspect the unit was dropped in transit and some of these springs have popped off. If so, just reattach them using a pair of needle nose pliers. If however it was dropped hard enough to break the fingers that the springs attach to you'll have to replace those keys. This may be a repair shop job. it may also not be cost effective to do the job. Good Luck!

There is a test mode : Hold down 0 1 2 whilst turning on Not sure however if there is a factory reset option in the test menu

This is likely a dirty contact thing... FIRST excersize them a bit to see if they come back.

Else you will have to clean them... If they are conductive rubber type, clean the board and the rubber contact pilss with 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Q tips.

I have replaced several of these sockets. I usually take them out of old toys. I would however suggest either frys electronics, radio shack (if still open near you) or amazon

If it's blown a regulator in the keyboard you may be lucky that that's all that's gone.... If unlucky it could have rippled through & taken out a lot of the electronics. (aka a right off) A decent repair shop should be able to take a look & give you a price to sort it.....
