Okay I found the solution. Spent two days solving it so actually the advertisment is a lie. Wireless he can only print but not scan. I had to plug in my usb cable to be able to scan. Hope this helped you. There's no way you can scan wireless.

The problem is with the DC controller board, either bad connection or bad board.

Check both ends of the printhead path, then carefully wipe clean the thin mylar strip that runs through the back of the printhead. Ink or grease on this confuses the machine and may produce a B200 error.

Was afraid this was the error that led me to toss a printer before. But after a quick search, found the following suggested fix for a potential registry problem. Problem with Windows Canon Mp280 Error 5011

Hope that does it.

The U043 error code indicates that an ink tank is not installed. One or more ink tank icons on the LCD should also be lit up. The lit up icon indicates the applicable ink tank. Verify these tanks are indeed fully seated in the print head and that they are lit up red.

You can also press the OK button to clear this message and continue.

Did you use Canon toner? Printer makers are in a battle with people who make their own toner. Canon may have figured out a way of disabling your off branded toner. May even be why you changed your toner. Forgive me if I'm wrong, not much to go on here.

Just check you removed all the packaging tape from the toner and nothing is obscuring the chip.
