Canon CP - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

I had to completely unscrew and disassemble the printer then cut or break the piece of plastic from the removable ink cassette that was blocking it from being removed. See attached pic.

I found an old Canon CP-200 but it wouldn't feed paper. I used q tip and alcohol to clean the rubber roller and it worked again. (The roller wasn't tacky enough to grab the paper)

Get Windows 7 Driver from webpage http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/selphy_compact_photo_series/cp_330#DriversAndSoftware Press on Drivers & Software Select Windows 7 32 or 64 bits, depending the one you have Download it and install it Can't help you with OSX; your printer should work, no idea why it doesn't but then, I don't know much about OSX.
