Why does my canon t2i camera say movie recording has been stopped automatically

It may well be something to do with the write speed of your memory card. For continuous video you need a C10 speed card.

Hi! i have a problem with my canon a-1. the mirror is locked up so when i look into the viewfinder the only thing i see is my eye. i have no idea what to do- please help!!!

Try changing the battery with a new silver oxide PX28. If it doesn't work, then probably is a mechanical problem. If you don't know anybody that can repair it for you, maybe you should consider buying a new camera body. https://www.quora.com/Why-is-the-mirror-stuck-in-the-up-position-on-my-Canon-AE-1-SLR-film-camera

Introduction

Promoted as "the photographer?s IXUS" by Canon, the new Digital IXUS 860 IS is one of the more intriguing models in Canon's Autumn lineup of compact digital cameras. The new Canon IXUS 860 IS offers an 8 megapixel sensor and a wide-angle 3.8x zoom lens equivalent to 28-105mm, complete with optical image stabilisation to help ensure that your photos are shake-free. There's also a large 3 inch LCD screen with 230,000 pixels and an anti-glare, scratch-resistant coating. Canon's DIGIC III image processor, which is also used in its DSLR camera range, powers the IXUS 860 IS behind the scenes, and additionally provides the camera's Face Detection and Noise Reduction technologies. There's a new Red-Eye Correction feature on offer in Playback mode, a range of ISO speeds up to 1600 and a new ISO Auto Shift function to help avoid image blur whenever camera shake is predicted. So is the stylish Canon Digital IXUS 860 IS really a great compact camera for the more serious photographer? Read our in-depth review to find out.

Ease of Use

The Canon Digital IXUS 860 IS is a very well-made compact digital camera, with a stylish two-tone black and silver metal and plastic body and excellent overall finish. It has a pleasingly simplistic, clean overall design, with a pronounced curve on the right-hand side (looking from the back of the camera). If you require a pocket camera that is good-looking, then look no further - I'd go so far to say that this is the most well designed IXUS yet. The Canon Digital IXUS 860 IS is easily small enough to fit into the palm of your hand, weighing 155g without the battery or memory card fitted. Most aspects of the design and build have a quality feel with nothing really feeling flimsy or ill-thought out. There are a few minor criticisms that can be leveled at the Canon Digital IXUS 860 IS, mostly concerning the various covers. The plastic A/V Out / Digital port cover on the right side of the camera feels a little flimsy, as does the battery/memory card compartment cover, which is also trickier to open than it really should be. Otherwise the Canon Digital IXUS 860 IS scores top marks for its general design and build quality.

What is the Battery Number for a Canon Power Shot SX100 IS. The flat round battery other than the standard AA batteries.

It uses 2x AA batteries. I read the manual and there's no "flat round battery", except the button battery for the date, the CR1120 battery. You can see it at the page 194 of the camera's manual. Bellow, the link for the manual and other information for this camera: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/cameras/support-point-and-shoot/powershot-sx-series/powershot-sx100-is-silver/powershot-sx100-is-silver?tab=supplies_accessories

What is the maximum shutter count on CANON 6D markll cameras.

The RATING OF A 6d is 100,000 Actuations. I am not sure what you mean by "Maximum Count". The Rating of 100K means half the cameras will have shutters that last over 100K and half will fail before 100k 1-4rflo5o1taiwpradh4kivy0e-5-0_6.jpg

Problems with Control Wheel on Canon G11

There have been reports by many Canon G11 owners of malfunctions of the Control Wheel on the back. This problem often is due to a lubricant used on the G11. Cleaning the contacts underneath the Control Wheel will resume normal operation of the camera. I use an electrical contract cleaner I purchase from Amazon. See photo I don't take the camera apart at all. I merely use the thin straw-like attachment to the spray can and inject a small amount of Contact Cleaner into the space under the Control Wheel, using the space that is around the circumference of the wheel. Spray, rotate to distribute, spray, rotate to distribute, etc. Only a very tiny amount of Contact Cleaner will be necessary.

Can I use my Sunpak auto 555 thyristor on my Canon Rebel EOS T5? I've tried using it with mixed results. Sometimes it performs beautifully; other times it washes out the photo.

A lot of older flash units for film cameras wont work on digital cameras. Old flashes dont have compatible electronics for modern digital cameras. Flash sync is a normal issue. Try setting the camera shutter speed to 1/60 or 1/100 and try that. The trigger voltage may be too high. To use the sunpak 555 you will need the TTL connector to the multiple contact points on the hotshoe. It might be cheaper to get a remote slave for the flash and use it off camera as a small studio flash. http://camerapedia.wikia.com/wiki/Sunpak_555

Shutter Speed Problem with Canon G11?

If you are in M mode or Tv (Time Value mode or in fact Shutter Speed mode) and the Control Wheel does not seem to be changing your Shutter Speed properly: There was a design change between the G10 and G11 and it is possible for lubricant to be placed onto a contact, rendering the contact dysfunctional. There is a gap around the circumference of the Control Wheel that allows a very brief single squirt of WD Contact Cleaner. One squirt, then rotate the wheel in both directions for a few seconds.

I have a Macbook Pro laptop, OSX 10.9.5. The iPhoto software will not download raw files from my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS50 digital camera. iPhoto downloads the jpeg files fine.

Sadly the likelihood is now that iPhoto is deprecated, there's going to be no way to do it directly. However, you could try using Adobe's DNG Converter software (free download - yay!) and then see if iPhoto will import those. Because raw files differ from camera to camera and manufacturer to manufacturer, software companies periodically issue new raw interpreters for their photo software. Since iPhoto is defunct, Apple aren't doing this any more. Have you tried Apple's Photos instead? You may need to do a system update to achieve this as 10.9.5 is pretty old now.

How do you make a canon 5D mark 3 use one card at a time

I don't think you can as far as I'm aware the camera downloads to both cards or one card. I don't think there is the function to fill one card then move over to the second card.
