The back of the watch is popped off with a special tool.

It is possible a tiny gasket is inside the tread... needing to be REPLACED before proceeding. First check to see if it is a "left-hand" or "right-hand" threaded CROWN... Then check that there is no damage to the STEM or the CROWN... You will need at least a 10x (power) jeweler's loupe to see that. If you have any damage... A watchmaker might be able to dress the treads and save the ORIGINAL PARTS... Else you are probably looking at replacing both the stem & crown...

put make model and any numbers into google. or put more info on here. or if you are asking were is the number on the watch you will have to take the back off it and see if there is a number in there.

it will not be a gold watch as it states gold plated that is to say that it has a coating of gold electroplated to the base metal and will be about 2 microns thick check with a jeweller for the fake or not.

Hello I have the same watch and had the same problem. You press the mode button till you get to the point to change the main time, you then press the reset button (bottom button on right side of the watch)to toggle to the hour place, you then cycle thru the time untill the "h" in the top right hand corners disappears and then the watch will be back on regular time.
