They are hard to come by but you swivel a little clip in the front and then a small door comes up. You then insert the staples in-between the solid meatal bit(bottom) and the small meatal foot (top), you should feel spring resistance. If you see this I hope it helps.

remove belt and see if belt rear drum is moving, it so replace belt.

Morning Henry, I've just had a look at the Stanley site. By the look of it, this tool is a disposable unit as they don't show any parts charts. Hi, Please ensure that the batteries that you placed have enough energy to operate your stapler device. If you're unsure of the battery power level, you can buy new AA (ie double A) batteries from your local grocery store or gas station. And to be safe, I would also stick with the same brand of battery that initially came with the device. Otherwise, you can double check that the device has enough staples to operate properly.
