Tub won't heat
Message SL
Not much info here but SL could be the mode setting. Typically modes are SLEEP, ECONOMY and STANDARD. Standard maintains your set temp at all times even if it has to turn on outside of normal filtration cycle. Economy only heats during a filtration cycle, and sleep will only heat within 10 degrees of set temp and only in filtration cycle. This cycle is really only useful while going on vacation or other extended periods of non-use. Not sure how to help change modes without knowing what spa pack you have but you should be able to find the owners manual on line with a little research.

Raypak Pool Heater wont stay ignited
Hi,
Please be careful when dealing with products using gas. Double check that the area around where ignition occurs does not have air blocked off as low oxygen would stop fire from occurring. You can also check fuel level of machine. Thank you.
C-spa 11kw will not heat
Because you mentioned that you replaced *both* elements, that there are actually (2) 120volt elements. 1 attached to each (eventually) leg of the incoming electrical power. The neutral would then connect to the other end of the heating elements. That is one way to hook them up, to use the neutral. The other way would be to put them in series across the 240vac lines.
Check for 120vac across the ends of each element. I think that you will find that your neutral has come loose somewhere.
