Mailbox is full, how do I empty it please?
The "10B1" message on your Panasonic KX-TGD390C phone may indicate that your voicemail box is still full, even if you've deleted all the messages. This could be due to some saved or undeleted messages in a different folder or some other issue with your voicemail settings. To clear your mailbox and resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Access your voicemail box: Dial your voicemail access number. It's typically a number provided by your phone service provider, such as "123" or "555."
- Follow the voice prompts: Once you're in your voicemail system, listen to the voice prompts carefully. There should be an option to manage your messages or change your mailbox settings.
- Delete all messages: Even if you've already deleted messages from your phone, there may be some messages still stored in your voicemail box. Use the voicemail system's options to delete all messages.
- Check saved messages: Some voicemail systems have a separate folder for saved messages. Make sure to check this folder and delete any saved messages if they exist.
- Change mailbox settings: If you cannot find any messages in your voicemail box and it's still showing as full, you may need to access your mailbox settings and reset or reconfigure them. Look for options related to mailbox size, message retention, or other similar settings. You might need to contact your service provider for assistance if you can't find these settings.
- Reboot your phone: After you've taken the above steps, it's a good idea to power cycle or reboot your Panasonic phone. This can sometimes help refresh its connection to the voicemail system.
- Contact your service provider: If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, it's a good idea to contact your phone service provider's customer support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot and resolve any voicemail-related problems.
Remember that the specific steps and options may vary depending on your phone service provider and the voicemail system they use. It's essential to follow the prompts and options provided by your voicemail system when you access it through your voicemail access number.

My phone is saying Busy and cannot get dialling tone
No dial tone yet a busy signal could be an outside wiring problem. You need to use another phone to call customer service of your phone line provider and go through the menu until you reach a live person. I can confuse you further by saying people can set up their phones to provide busy signals but that is such an obscure and unlikely event, something else is doubtlessly going on. About the only other thing you might quickly try is to disconnect your phone and reconnect it. As no information about phone company or type of phone other than land phone, contacting your phone provider is the best I can offer.

Why does my Panasonic KX-TGM420 go straight to voice mail?
Voicemail is a service of your telephone company. If your calls are going to voicemail, check the settings following the directions for the service. If the answering system is getting the calls, then check if the KX-TGM420 handset(s) and base are set to a ringer volume of 0. You can change this from either the base or a handset by pressing the + button while the phone is ringing. Otherwise, when the phone system is in standby (no calls in or out), press # 1 6 0 on a handset or * # 1 6 0 on the base. Then set the ringer volume on the handset (0-6) or base (0-10). This is the equivalent of pressing menu and navigating through the menu (Menu > Settings > Ringer Adjustment > Ringer Volume (Incoming)). You can also turn off the ringer by pressing and holding 0 on the handset and Ringer Off on the base. See pages 33 and 44 of the manual, link below.
I hope this helps. The manual is available here: https://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TGM420/OI/TGM420_PNQX7794YA/TGM420_PNQX7794YA.pdf .
