I've included a video tutorial at the end of these instructions. To change the bulb on your ELMO Omnigraphic 252 slide projector, follow these steps:
Safety First: Unplug the projector from the power source and allow it to cool down for at least an hour. This ensures your safety and prevents accidental burns.
Locate the Lamp Access Panel: Look for the lamp access panel on your projector. It's usually located near the lens or on the side of the projector body.
Remove the Screws and Access Panel: Use a screwdriver to remove any screws securing the access panel. Once removed, you'll have access to the lamp housing.
Remove the Lamp Housing: Reach inside the projector and firmly pull out the lamp housing. It might be held in place by additional screws; remove those as well.
Replace the Bulb: Take out the old bulb (lamp module) from the housing. Make sure you have a compatible replacement bulb. Handle the new bulb carefully to avoid touching the glass surface.
Insert the New Bulb: Slide the new bulb into the housing, aligning it properly. Secure it in place with any screws that were removed earlier.
Reset the Lamp Hours: If your projector has a lamp hour counter, reset it to zero. Refer to your projector's manual for instructions on how to do this.
Close Up: Put the lamp housing back into the projector, replace the access panel, and tighten the screws.
Remember to consult your ELMO Omnigraphic 252 user manual for specific details related to your projector model.

Some times this is just the charging dock not communicating with the actual robot vacuum. What surface is the charging dock sitting on? It works best if it is on a hard surface and Not carpet.
Try this. Remove the vacuum from the charging dock and turn it completely Off. Unplug the charging dock from the wall outlet. Check inside the charging dock at the connection point the robot plugs into. Make sure it's clean. Next check the robot itself to make sure the connector on that is also clean.
Everything needs to be completely turned off for at least 5 minutes. This does a 'Soft Reset' on the Robot's electronics. After 5 minutes fit the robot back into the charging dock, gently but firmly making sure it is all the way in place. Next plug the charging dock back into the wall outlet. DON'T turn the robot back on. Walk away from it for an hour to let the charging dock put some charge into the battery in the robot. After that hour turn the robot back on and see if the issue has changed.
Run it in reverse and pull the jammed paper at the same time.
Some have an overheat sensor and won't work for about 20 minutes.

You mentioned a reading of minus 11.06 kWh. Here's what it means:
Remember that this is a prepaid meter, so the negative value suggests that you've used more energy than what was prepaid
The meter has consumed 11.06 kilowatt-hours (kWh) more energy than it has generated or received.
This negative value indicates that more energy was used than supplied during the specified period.
LED Indicator:
The meter has an LED light that flashes when electricity is consumed.
When you use electricity, the meter balance decreases, and the LED light provides a visual indication of energy flow.
It is because it is not set up correctly. For you to fix it, just press on the lower right button for few seconds till it displays " cas10" then let go of the button
Every time you change batteries this will happen to you. First press 2nd then press and hold the down arrow. Hold until their is no black in the background but you can still see the numbers on the screen.
As you know, this is a medical device. I suggest you consult a medical professional about it as it affects your treatment. The device is Japanese in origin. The instruction manuals I encounter are written in Japanese. That may or may not prove to be an impediment to you contacting the company yourself for guidance. I am reluctant to advise you about the equipment as my guidance would be very, very general and your health is much too important for trial and error. A low battery can generate error messages. Turning it off, unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, plugging it back in and turning it on might clear the problem. Some nebulizers have a reset button.; I can't say being unable to read the manual readily. Assuring all its parts are assembled correctly is of course worth doing.
