recheck batteries -lock movement may be sticking -motor/gears ---- if you did reset need to reprogram

recheck and test batteries

A few possibilities. First reprogram guest key then dip. If not fixed, load pp and Initialize lock. If not fixed confirm proper operation of pp by Initializing a known working lock. If pp is in good shape, change control board and Initialize. Your problem should now be fixed.

If it will not take any programming from the box, you may have a broken wire inside the lock.

It is broken and needs to be replaced. Reach out to the company for a Warranty repair and tell them we sent you.
