This coulb be either the switch or the burner. Either can be tested with an ohmmeter if you can read the wiring diagram. Hope this helps!

Take out the right front burner and use your multimeter to check it for continuity. Only then can you be sure that the error code isn't lying to you. It is my guess, that with an error message so specific, that if no burners are working, it is not the front right burner at all. Hands on testing is the only way to be sure. F152 means the right front burner has failed, the sensor in it is bad, the burner will need to be replaced.

In the middle of each burner, there is a small brass ring that screws in the burner. If you unscrew all five and pull the knobs, the top should come off. From there you can access the electronics. Because all the burners ignite at the same time, I would suspect either a disconnected or shorted wire on your right burner or some corrosion has occurred at that burner preventing it from grounding properly.

It is a gas appliance and it is a Miele, so you need a registered gas technician to service it. In my experience, the spark igniters work on all burners. To clean the burners, remove them all and put them in a large saucepan. Add cold water and dish liquid, bring slowly to a simmer and turn off. When cold, rinse and scrub with a plastic pot brush, paying particular attention to holes and slots. This was a job we did in the restaurant every week. It is a good plan to do before you go to bed for the least disruption. Use a manometer to insure lp gas pressure is correct. The regulator for the stove may need adjusting. The air mixture adjustment may not be correct for PL as well.

I would avoid soaking them as they should be kept dry. I would try pipe cleaners in the holes or if too large start with a steel blow lamp nozzle cleaner, (short piece of guitar B string).

In order to reach the ignitor you must remove the maintop assembly which is one unit and it can be pull up. The rest is very easy under the maintop there are the burners and ignitor so you can replace.
