I have a Gordon safe model 91006! My husband passed away and I can't find a combination or key, is there anywhere I could purchase a key or is there any other way of opening!

Sorry for your loss. Electronic safes are very easy to open, there is the slap method, the bump method, the rubber mallet method and the rare earth puck magnet method. Or a local Locksmith can do it. The article and videos show all the ways

Gordon Safe P45891. The battery is low. How to open and replace the batteries please?

The video shows one way, but the easy way is open it with the back up key, and the battery compartment is in the door. Replace the batteries and reset the combination, but make sure you do it with the door open.

Sentry Supreme 5330 safe will not open

If your Sentry Supreme 5330 safe is not opening, there could be a few possible reasons why:
  1. Combination Error: If you are using a combination to open the safe, make sure that you are entering the correct combination. If you have forgotten the combination, you will need to contact Sentry Safe customer service to get assistance on how to recover or reset your combination.
  2. Dead Batteries: If you have an electronic lock on your safe, the batteries may be dead. Replace the batteries and try again.
  3. Jammed Bolts: The locking bolts may be jammed due to incorrect operation or a mechanical problem. Try tapping the safe door gently with a rubber mallet to loosen the bolts and then try to open it.
  4. Mechanical Malfunction: If the safe still does not open, there may be a mechanical malfunction. In this case, you will need to contact a professional safe technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
Note: If you have lost your key, you will need to contact Sentry Safe customer service to order a replacement key.

HOW TO TURN OFF Co2 Alarm BEEPER?

Question edited for clarity. Please don't type in all CAPS, it is considered SHOUTING and is harder to read.Question moved from Washing Machines Category. Is it hard wired or battery powered? Replace batteries. Remove the cover and vacuum it with the circular vacuum brush. If it is older than 10 years it needs replacing. If it is a Kidde, there is a hard wired electronic timer in it that beeps at 10 years and doesn't stop. It is written in tiny writing on the back. I found that out the hard way. :>)There is also the possibility that there is a constant Co2 source from something, heater, furnace, stove etc.https://www.google.com/search?q=why+does+my+co2+alarm+keep+beepingAlso, Carbon Monoxide is CO, not Co2 (Carbon DiOxide). Unless you are in a beer cellar with Co2 dispense by a gas bottle. I had one, I owned a pub...

Hi everyone, I just recently bought my home & the previous owner did not leave any manuals/guides. My alarm is Honeywell 6165EX and it keeps beeping due to low battery.

Question edited for typos. Question moved to Alarms. In my experience there is a small lead acid battery and this confirms it from here https://www.manualowl.com/m/Honeywell/6165EX/Manual/463468 Built-in charger for sealed lead acid or gel type batteries. They are easy to change, they just have a couple of pull off spade connectors. The reason for the battery is so that cutting the power to the house doesn't kill the alarm. The number you gave is only for the keypad. https://www.google.com/search?q=honeywell+6165ex There should be a control box and inside it you will find the battery. It is small like a motorcycle battery but thinner. A bit like this https://www.amazon.ca/Alarm-Home-Security-System-Battery/dp/B007GCDOV2 https://www.google.com/search?q=honeywell+house+alarm+battery+replacement

Cant close safe with key ?

If you are unable to lock your safe with the key, there may be a few reasons why this is happening. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

- Ensure the locking bolts are fully retracted: Before trying to lock your safe, ensure that the locking bolts are fully retracted into the safe door. If the bolts are not fully retracted, this can prevent the locking mechanism from engaging.
- Make sure the key is fully inserted: Ensure that the key is fully inserted into the lock mechanism and turned in the correct direction to lock the safe. Sometimes the key may not turn if it is not fully inserted into the lock.
- Check for any obstructions: Check the door and locking mechanism for any obstructions that may be preventing the lock from engaging. Ensure that the door is fully closed and flush with the safe body.
- Try applying pressure to the door: Sometimes safes can become misaligned, making it difficult to lock the door. Try applying gentle pressure to the door while turning the key to see if this helps the locking mechanism engage.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the locking mechanism itself. In this case, you should contact a professional locksmith to diagnose and repair the issue.
