I have a 4 zone Aqua timer that I bought last year--but now only shows 3 zones What can I do?

You may need to reprogram. If defective it has a 7 year factory warranty. https://melnor.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/63280_INS_ENG_01.pdf

I have my ej500 set to turn on at sunset and off at sunup. however it turns off at 11 pm. How do I fix this?

The first thing you should check is that the time and location settings on your ej500 are correct. If they are incorrect, the timer may be turning off at the wrong time. Here's how to check:
  1. Press and hold the "clock" button on your ej500 timer for about 3 seconds until the display flashes.
  2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the current time, making sure to set the correct AM/PM designation.
  3. Press the "clock" button again to confirm the time setting.
  4. Press and hold the "mode" button until the display shows "LAT" for latitude and "LON" for longitude.
  5. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set your location's latitude and longitude. You can find this information by doing an internet search for your city's coordinates.
  6. Press the "mode" button again to confirm the location setting.
Once you have confirmed that the time and location settings are correct, try resetting the timer to its default settings by pressing and holding the "reset" button on the side of the device for about 3 seconds until the display flashes. Then, reprogram the timer to turn on at sunset and off at sunrise. Here's how to do that:
  1. Press the "prog" button on your ej500 timer.
  2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the "on" time to "sunset" and the "off" time to "sunrise."
  3. Press the "prog" button again to confirm the programming.
If the timer still turns off at 11 pm instead of sunrise, it's possible that there is a malfunction with the device. In that case, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or consider purchasing a new timer.

My Intermatic timer started running backwards.

It is actually a known issue. If it is the old electro-mechanical type with a dial, it runs off a small synchronous motor. Try cutting the power on an off 2 or 3 times a second apart. After 5 years, it may just be worn out. The newer electronic versions have no moving parts, and may be a better bet. https://www.google.com/search?q=intermatic+timer+running+backwards ..

Tork RZ307 Automatic Lighting Timer . . .

Edited 'Trok' to 'Tork'. Then with the right maker, we can find the Tork Timer Category. Also added (what it is). It is new, it is under warranty, take it back for free replacement. If you fiddle with it, you void that warranty/ The only thing you can try is cutting the power at the breaker for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, disconnect it for 3 days as it has a 2 day backup. See if there is a battery compartment with a dead bulging capacitor in it. Power Outage Backup: Permanent schedule retention with memory module. Supercapacitor provides 2 days of real time backup. http://www.nsiindustries.com/catalog/nsiproducts/tork/tork-digital-time-switches/in-wall-and-plug-in-timers/rz307 https://www.google.com/search?q=Tork+RZ307 ..

My Horstmann 425 Coronet timer is now not working automatically twice a day. The boiler was working Friday. I had to have walls skimmed and not working properly since then.

Question edited for clarity and to what I think you meant to say. Correct model of timer added 'Coronet'. Question moved from Computers category to Timers - Hardware. The wall skimmers probably moved the settings for some reason, possibly to stop the plaster setting too fast. Here is your manual. https://www.bristol.gov.uk/documents/20182/34400/Horstmann%20425%20Cornet%20Timeswitch.pdf/0e1f2f84-8a15-44e4-a702-187f88e46b1e ..

How do I program the Noma N1502 to come on at 4pm and go off at 11pm?

Difficult to say when you are Anonymous, I can't check your posting history, but I think you are seeing 'Suggested Answers' that Fixya thinks might be useful to you. This happens all the time. Anyway, your Noma Timer is made by Woods. It does on have one button purely because it is a photoelectric timer. It comes on when it get dark, so it needs no On or Start button. Your single button sets the number of hours the power stays on. So, if it gets dark at 5:00 pm, and you want the lights to go off at 11:00 pm, you press the button 6 times until you see '6' in the display. That's it. it will turn on at 5:00 and turn off 6 hours later at 11:00 pm. You CAN'T set it to come on at 4:00. It will only come on when it gets to a certain light intensity at dusk. For that, you need the two button version, which has Mode and Hours. . Here is the manual. If you look carefully, the instructions are usually embossed into the back of the timer. Make sure the photocell is facing outwards and is not covered by greenery. http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Woods-49103-N1502-manual.pdf https://www.google.com/search?q=Noma+N1502+timer ..
