If you programmed it correctly and the water is turned by opening faucet and it does not come return it for another one. there is no repair on this timer.

a timer and breaker are different items. A breaker is to limit the current, a timer only turns on and off end devise. ensure timer is connected to a GFCI circuit or to a GFCI breaker Also ensure that pool pump or heater is GFCI protected.

Send it back for repair or replacement. There are no schematic diagrams for timers because no one is supposed to take them apart. They are cheap enough just to replace if broken, just $8 here in Canada.
